Welcome to the Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery Terms and Conditions for use of this website (“site”). This site is provided to you free of charge, for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery site and/or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you choose not to accept the Terms and Conditions, then you should discontinue the use of the site.

By registering as a user of Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery you agree to provide information that is true, accurate and complete. Additionally, you should inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering, by updating your personal details online or by contacting Customer Services via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) promptly.
When you register on the Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery site you do so agreeing not to create a false or unauthorised account or impersonate any person.
Please note that we maintain the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at times; with any changes to be announced on the Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery website. If, following any change, you choose not to accept the amended Terms and Conditions you should discontinue your use of the site. Any continued use of the site or further orders, after the date on which the changes come into effect, will be interpreted as your acceptance and your agreement to those Terms and Conditions.
Purchasers must be over 18 years of age. By placing an order by any means you are guaranteeing that you are over eighteen years old.
Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Once your order is processed you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. However, please be aware that this acknowledgement is not formal acceptance of your order. You will receive a separate email once your order has been accepted by us, and a further email when your items are dispatched to the specified address. Should we experience any problems, then we will contact you.
Our Right to Cancel an Order
On occasions we might be unable to accept an order. In such cases we will contact you to discuss what we can do next.
Possible reasons for not accepting your order include:
The ordered item ordered being currently out of stock or discontinued
Payment not authorised.
Should a problem arise, we will aim to be in contact with you as soon as we become aware of it so that we can try to resolve the issue with you as soon as possible.
Description of Products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that product information displayed on the site is correct at the time of your ordering. All details, descriptions and prices appearing on the site are correct at the time they are entered on the system. We aim to keep the site update at all times; however, information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place the order. Should this be the case, you will be notified by us.
Every care is taken to ensure that the description and specifications of Robin and Wren’s jewellery is correct and that photography accurately represents the items. Please be ware however that colour reproduction may be influenced by the photography or by your monitor.
Please contact us if you are unhappy with any of the items you receive and we will advise you accordingly.
Price and Payment
Please note that the prices of items on the site are liable to change at any time. These changes will not affect orders that have been placed before any such change was made.
All details on price and payment shown on the website can be viewed as correct, except in cases of obvious error. Prices exclude postage and packaging costs which are applied upon checkout.
Upon receipt of an order and confirmation of payment in full, dispatch will usually be on the next working day. f your item is to be personalised in any way, dispatch times will be longer. Standard delivery time is usually 2-5 days. I. Faster delivery can be arranged if needed.
If an order is placed for multiple items, of which one or more are out of stock, we will aim to dispatch the available items within the stated standard shipping despatch times. The remaining items will be sent on once they are back in stock. Estimated dates for dispatch of delayed items will be included on your dispatch note. We will contact you to discuss how you wish to proceed on any delayed items.
Return Policy and Instructions
It is important to us that you receive the level of product quality and service that you expect. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the goods to us unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days from the day of dispatch. If these conditions are met we will provide a refund or an exchange the item, depending upon your preference.
Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery will accept full responsibility for a broken item that is deemed a manufacturing fault and will happily refund, replace or exchange accordingly. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that have been accidentally broken and all damaged returns will be inspected before suggesting the next steps.
Jewellery is delicate and, through accidental damage or wear and tear, may need repairing occasionally. We offer a value for money repair service for any Robin and Wren items needing such repairs, wherever possible. Such repairs for accidental damage will incur a reasonable cost, to be agreed with you before repair would proceed. If the item cannot be repaired we may offer a replacement at a discounted purchase price, dependent upon availability.
Regrettably, delivery charges for returns to us will not be refunded. Similarly, returned items that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited to you.
Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment originally used for your order. Should this be unacceptable for any reason, please contact us to discuss.
Returns of unused goods in original packaging which are received by us after 14 working days will be offered a Customer Credit for use on their next order. Please let us know if you know in advance that you will be delayed in returning your item(s) so that we can make an allowance for this.
NOTE: Products that have been personalised in any way are non-returnable. This includes any personalised jewellery and any rings that have been made to size.

Sale prices are displayed in accordance with a clearance, sale or promotional item. If an item is added to your basket whilst this sale is still live but you do not checkout, your basket will revert back to the original price of the product, before the sale.
Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of the contents and information on this site, Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery or anyone associated with Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery cannot accept any liability for any loss arising out of direct or indirect use of this information. Robin and Wren Handmade Jewellery reserves the right to change the data, references, product specifications, pricing or otherwise amend the contents in full or part at any time without notice.
