Please be aware that:

• Once an item has been posted, you will be notified and thereafter it is no longer in our control.  If any delay occurs after that point, it would be due to the courier, not Robin & Wren Jewellery.

• Occasionally, delivery times might be longer than usual due to issues with the delivery service and out of the control of the sender. At such times, the Royal Mail request that customers are understanding and accept that they should wait 14 days before declaring an item as not delivered.  ​

 

Of course, if at that point you do not have the item please contact us so that we can address the problem.
